At Bridge House, we offer comprehensive support for 28 homeless individuals, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment around the clock. Our dedicated team of staff members provide bed, breakfast, and evening meal, striving to create a foundation for positive change.

Through a variety of services and a robust support network, we empower our residents to transform their lives. Each resident is paired with a Support Worker who collaborates closely with them, guiding them through the challenges they face and facilitating their transition to independent living. Our committed staff is unwavering in their dedication to ensuring that every client has optimal opportunities for success.
