On Wednesday 13th May 2015 staff at Bridge House had a Team Building/Training day.
The day consisted of reviewing our achievements over the past year and between the team we came up with 72 separate achievements and improvements made to Bridge House as a whole over the year. As a team we are incredibly proud of all we have achieved.
We also looked at how we can move forward with regards to the coming year and continue to make improvements to the service in which we provide.
As a group, we have put forward ideas of how we can continue to improve with particular focus being around our service users.
Throughout our team building day we also took time out to decorate mugs for our colleagues and managed to fit in a fun game of volleyball with our residents. This was particularly amusing given some of the staff were dressed as elves, fairies, owls and rabbits!
We look forward to making the coming year even more successful than the last.
