The Charity Gala Dinner raised money for two charities; The Butterwick Children’s Hospice and The Fairbridge Programme. One of our residents, Sean Bingham, was lucky enough to be asked to work voluntarily alongside Terry Laybourne a coveted Michelin Star chef to help provide support in the kitchen.
Massive thanks goes to the Marriott Hotel and Terry Laybourne for the opportunity they have given to Sean. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience and looks forward to doing more work experience of this kind in the future.
