We have made a number of appearances on BBC Radio Tees recently, talking about some interesting topics.
In July of this year we held a live debate here from Bridge House around the legalisation of sex working in England. Mike Parr broadcast his breakfast show live from Bridge House where we were joined by Gaynor Trueman from Arch North East, Wendy Shephard from Barnados, Emily Turner from Basis and our own CEO Louise.
Emma, one of our Transition Coaches who works with our female residents has also spoken about the issues some of our residents face with regards to sex working and the harsh realities they can face.
Michael, our Advocate and Prevention Coach also appeared on BBC Radio Tees in relation to the issues we are facing with zopiclone overdoses and the abuse of such prescription drugs.
Michael has also spoken about the in-house Sexual Health Clinic and BBV Testing that he is now running which has proved to be popular and a necessity for some of our residents.
