On Tuesday 22nd December, three incredibly kind people travelled from Peterlee to deliver an enormous of amount of donations they had collected simply because they wanted to help the homeless this year.
Andrew Bygroves, Rob Jones and Cat Mitchell decided they wanted to collect items to donate to those in need and with the help of Facebook managed to collect a range of toys, clothes, DVDs and many other items. They kindly drove from Peterlee to bring their donations to us.
Residents watched as the donations were brought in and could not believe the kindness of Andrew, Rob and Cat. Many of them happy that they would be able to provide presents to their children from the donations.
We cannot thank Andrew, Rob and Cat enough for their help this Christmas.
