On July 2014 we posted a story about ex-service user Steven who moved on successfully from Bridge House and secured work in the railway industry.
Since that time, Steven regularly came back to Bridge House to visit staff and residents and was keen to do some voluntary work here. Steven was given the opportunity to spend time at Bridge House as a volunteer and gave up a lot of his own time to help out.
Steven proved to be such an asset to us that we have now employed him as a Safeguarding Support Worker and he is now working as part of our team.
Steven has proved to be an important part of our team. Well done Steven!
