We recently had a team building day at Bridge House where all of our team got together for the day.
We have around eighteen members of staff working various hours to ensure that we have someone available for our residents twenty four hours a day, seven days each week. It is rare that we all manage to come together.
We had a fun day, spending the morning going through our values for some of our new members of staff. We had some team games and looked at what we had achieved as a service over the year.
A fun day was had by all!
